Where the land becomes a promise
There are places that need no embellishment. Cabo de Gata, with its dry landscape, warm wind and golden light, was the perfect setting for a story that is told without words.
Julia and Andres decided to close their wedding with a session that did not seek to pose, but rather to feel. We left from the interior, through desert roads that seemed to come out of an Antonioni film. The car moved forward, time stood still.
Prepare calmly
Before stepping onto the sand, they shared a small intimate preparation. She, in a dress with soft lines. He, in a double-breasted vest and a smile that said it all. Between reflections and caresses, their glances were all we needed to tell.
The sea as a witness
When we arrived at Playa de los Genoveses, the sky was clouding elegantly. The breeze moved the dress, the horse walked beside them as if it knew the story. It was there, at the water's edge, where they kissed with bare feet and the mountains in the background. And everything suddenly made sense.
Beauty without artifice
Each image in this session is a scene. It wasn't about portraying a beautiful couple in a beautiful place. It was about making cinema with the camera. To capture what remains when the words are over and only the gesture, the skin, the movement.
Because some stories are not told in words.
